About The Haruka

Well, if you're here, I bet you wanna know more about me.
Call me Haruka.

Who is me?

I've been drawing and creating art as long as I remember. Always believed that art and fantasy can be a beautiful way to express yourself and make the world more colorful. Yet I'm too curious so it took years of trying and exploring different things to understand that I should make art my priority. And now here I am, finally showing the world what I can. Out of curiosity I tried many different types of jobs, hobbies and gained diverse set of skills through my journey - from psychology to crafting. As a Demon Cat from Adventure Time once said "I have approximate knowledge of many things" - that applies to me too. I can create anything I want. It just takes time and practice. What about my hobbies? I have plenty - cars (from fixing to taking photos of them), radio technology, music cassettes, vintage tech, handcrafts, painting, digital and traditional art, 3D arts, gaming (I spend too much time gaming, to be honest) and many more.

What do I do?

I? Well I'm making a website right now.

Art? What art?

My art is mainly digital now since I got a drawing tablet. Krita is my drawing software of choice. It's free, open source and nice to use. I also have skills on Adobe products since I finished digital media school. I can use Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier or AfterEffects but I won't. Fuck em. Also I had a chance to learn more about Blender. Not so long ago I started learning to use Moho 12 professional animation sofware. I will master it, just wait for it.
Traditional media was my go-to medium most of my life. Acrylic and guache, watercolors and colored pencils - I tried them all. I still do enjoy using these techniques but at this age of technology I prefer digital art. At least for now.
